Robert is responsible for maintaining all the systems that are used to administer client benefit programs and streamlining day to day operations. Robert brings over 23 years of experience as an I.T. analyst who has consistently delivered efficient and effective technology solutions. Prior to joining OCA, Robert honed his trouble shooting and network administration skills for a computer and electronics company.
