Josie Mannino is the Product and Quality Manager for OCA. Josie is responsible for internal trainings that elevate the knowledge and skills within the organization and lead to the best possible client experiences. Josie has held client service positions within OCA for over seven years and has passed along much of her knowledge to others. Prior to joining OCA, Josie earned her Bachelor’s degree in business management at The College of New Jersey and ran her family owned business.
