As we approach the 2025 Open Enrollment period, we want to keep you informed about the various email communications we will be sending out over the next 60 days. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process for all of our partners and clients.

2025 Benefit Account Limits 

The IRS issues annual limits for employee benefits across various plans at different intervals, depending on legislative guidance. As of October 2024, the limits for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) have been announced, but many are still pending finalization; typically, the final figures for health FSAs, QSEHRAs, commuter plans, and retirement plan limits are published in late October or early November.

OCA will be communicating the updated limits along with providing updated marketing material immediately following the release of the 2025 FSA, Commuter, QSEHRA limits.
