OCA Now Able To Issue Employers COBRA Premiums via ACH

COBRA Enhancements for Employers

OCA’s team has been dedicated to finding solutions to help our operational workflow given all the challenges faced by COVID-19. We’re happy to announce that we now have the ability to remit COBRA premium payments via ACH (Electronic Funds Transfer) back to our employers. Historically, OCA could only issue COBRA premiums via a check payment twice (2) per month.

We are strongly recommending to our COBRA clients that they sign up for ACH payments.  We just don’t know if there will ultimately be any impact on the postal system, mail delivery time-frames or restrictions to your local bank.

By clicking the link below, it will allow OCA to issue COBRA premiums (once collected from the COBRA participant) back to the employer electronically and avoid having to issue a physical check.    The remittance schedule will still be twice per month.

We thank you for your support in helping us improve our COBRA remittance process! To stay informed with OCA’s operational updates, please visit  oca125.com/covid19actions.
