Courtney Brower is the Director of COBRA Operations for OCA. Courtney is responsible for overseeing OCA’s COBRA operations, staff management, and internal COBRA training. Having spent years in COBRA administration, Courtney brings a high level of COBRA knowledge and awareness that drives ongoing improvement across the department.
