OCA’s New FSA/HSA Open Enrollment Campaign

With almost every employer implementing a work from home policy, open enrollment communication has become even more challenging for employers and their employees. OCA is excited to offer a new, optional, open enrollment FSA and/or HSA campaign specifically designed to support your communication strategy, educate your employees, and arm employees with the information they need to make important enrollment decisions.

The campaign consists of a series of emails that we deliver directly to your employees. The emails share multimedia tools and resources that are focused on helping employees better manage their healthcare finances – helping them understand basic terminology, helping them diagnose their unique spending/saving needs, and helping them make smart enrollment and funding decisions that fit their needs. Best of all, the campaign is included as part of our standard offering so there is no cost to you!

How to get started…

Our open enrollment campaign is optional so if you would like to provide this campaign to your employee population, we simply need you to complete our FSA Open Enrollment Campaign file and send it back to implementation@oca125.com.  The employees included on the file will be the ones who receive the email campaigns.
